The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Daniel Benardout, is an experienced executive in the industrial sector. He holds an MSC degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. With over 40 years of professional experience, he has acquired technical and administrative skills, and has worked in executive positions at steel companies for most of his career.Since 1999, he has been the General Manager and later CEO of SIDMA Steel S.A. During his tenure, the company was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and founded two subsidiaries in the Balkans. He has successfully managed demanding projects, including mergers, negotiations, and crises.Mr. Benardout is married and has one daughter.
