    Charged at a flat rate throughout Greece and delivered in three working days!

    This service concerns receiving, handling, and delivering parcels containing goods, products, personal items, etc.

    The domestic parcel service is for all types of companies (e-shops, trading enterprises, craft businesses, importers, publishers, etc.), freelancers, and individuals who need to send parcels.

    • Domestic parcels can be sent from branches of Hellenic Post or a Hellenic Post agency.
    • The parcel can be collected from a post office (once the recipient has been notified by SMS or a paper slip) or PostBox (if the parcel bears the relevant postal code) or delivered to the recipient’s home.
    • Tracking and searching for the parcel through a particular barcode number is possible.

    The SYDELTA-HERMES application can print parcel slips and cash on delivery postal orders for customers who frequently send domestic parcels.

    The Domestic parcel service can be combined with one or more particular services, depending on the sender's wishes and needs.

    1. Free Military Parcels

    Parcels sent to and by soldiers and non-commissioned officers serving in the Armed Forces are free of charge.

    Military parcels are up to 3 kg for soldiers and non-commissioned officers serving in the armed forces, and up to 5 kilograms of parcels sent by recruits containing their civilian clothes.

    1. Free Parcel Post safe returns

    This service is for businesses that enable customers to return goods and materials for recycling, maintenance, withdrawal, etc., free of charge by paying the shipping costs.

    Returned parcels can be sent from all Hellenic Post branches and agencies and are delivered by Hellenic Post to the company's address. Parcels are tracked at all stages of their handling.
