    New Pricing Policy from 27/07/2023.

     

    The new pricing policy of Hellenic Post is based on its restructuring and is with the main objective always being to provide optimal postal services and an upgraded customer experience.

    The new pricelist remains simple, easy to use and consistently with the competitive tariff!

    Key points of the new pricing policy:

    • user friendly pricelist for both letter mail and parcels
    • for letter items - domestic & international - distinction into two categories: letters and small packages.
    • Reintroduction of two billing zones for international mail services (European Destinations and Other Destinations

    The commercial policy remains unchanged. That is to say, it is based on rewarding customers on their 12 month turnover, as detailed in the table below:
