FastPost is a user-friendly application that aims to enhance your experience at ELTA branches by simplifying and accelerating their service process. By using the app, you can save valuable time and avoid waiting in queues. The application enables you to stay updated about the operating hours and expected waiting times at selected stores. Additionally, you have two options to choose from:

  • You can obtain a service ticket or priority number beforehand from selected branches through the app, which will enable you to get served instantly without any delay as soon as you arrive.
  • You can schedule your appointment at one of the selected ELTA branches that is convenient for you on the day and time of your choice (for the next 4 weeks).

With the ELTA FastPost application, you can:

  • Schedule an appointment at any selected ELTA store on a day and time that suits you, from the next day up to the next 4 weeks.
  • You can easily secure a place in line or purchase a ticket at selected ELTA stores.
  • You can see in real-time which store is serving you based on the waiting time.
Additionally, you will receive a notification when your turn is approaching, based on the appointment you have booked.

The FastPost application can be accessed via its official website at https://fastpost.elta.gr/ and the ELTA website at https://www.elta.gr/ from a computer. Moreover, the FastPost application is available on Google Play for smartphones and tablets with Android operating system (version 8.0 or higher) and on the App Store for smartphones and tablets with iOS operating system (version 8.0 or higher).

To use the FastPost application, you can download it on your mobile device or visit the website. This application allows you to access information about selected ELTA stores, issue tickets for same-day service at these stores, and schedule appointments for the following day. To get started, follow these steps:

1. Find and select one of the selected ELTA stores that support the FastPost application.
2. View the store's information, such as its address, contact numbers, and opening hours.
3. Issue a ticket or schedule an appointment using the application.


In the FastPost application, you will find the list of selected ELTA stores throughout Greece, for which you can book a ticket/priority number or schedule an appointment through the application.

The use of the FastPost application is FREE. You can download the ELTA FastPost application from the Google Play Store for Android devices and from the App Store for iOS devices, or visit the application's website at https://fastpost.elta.gr/ on the official ELTA website https://www.elta.gr/.

The FastPost application supports Greek and English

To obtain a ticket or priority number in the FastPost application, please follow these steps:

1. Open the FastPost application.
2. Choose the ELTA store that serves you.
3. Click on "Issue Ticket."
4. Select the service category you require.
5. Check your ticket on your computer or mobile screen, which will show you the number of people in the queue and the estimated wait time.
6. If you have used the ELTA FastPost mobile app, then your phone will remind you when you are close to the front of the queue (3, 2, and 1 tickets before being called for service).
7. When it is almost your turn, make sure you arrive at the ELTA store promptly (showing the ticket to the Clerk either from your mobile screen or printed out).

  • Enter the FastPost application.
  • Select the ELTA store that serves you.
  • Choose "Appointment Scheduling."
  • Select the "Service Category" you wish to be served for.
  • Choose the date and time you prefer.
  • Enter your details (name, surname, mobile phone, email).
  • Receive your appointment code via message (Viber/SMS).
  • The application will remind you of your appointment (30 minutes before the scheduled time).
  • Arrive at the ELTA store promptly (5 minutes before).
  • Check-in/confirm your appointment at the ticket issuing counter of the store (by entering the Appointment Code) and print your ticket.
  • Your ticket/priority number will be called by the system/screen of the store, where the Transaction Counter number that will serve you will also appear. Simply show the printed ticket to the Clerk.

You should select the main service category you desire under "Service Category" and inform the Clerk about any additional services you need when you approach the Transaction/Service Desk.

ELTA FastPost allows you to schedule an appointment and get a priority number at selected stores through their website or mobile app.

You can issue a ticket/priority number for the same/current day, at a time convenient for you (within the operating hours of the stores) at any of the selected ELTA stores that serve you.

You can schedule an appointment to be served at one of the selected ELTA stores for any day and time available on the application's schedule.

By selecting "Issue Ticket for Immediate Service" in the application, you can get served on the same day. The waiting time at the chosen store will be informed during ticket issuance.

By entering your name, surname, mobile number, and email into the application, you can maintain one active appointment. When you are served at your chosen ELTA store, or if you cancel your appointment, you can then schedule a new one.
